Sales representative

Under the supervision of the sales manager, the sales representative makes sure to implement the necessary actions in order to meet and exceed the set objectives. He will have to develop new business relationships, in addition to maintaining and increasing the positioning of DMS with current customers, in order to ensure a sustained growth in the level of sales in the company.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out prospecting and customer development, depending on the assigned territory;
  • Analyze, develop and maximize the potential of current customers by providing innovative ideas adapted to the market;
  • Master the market, listen to customer needs and learn about competitive offers. Carry out continuous competitive intelligence;
  • Maintain and develop business relationships with current clients;
  • Make visits to potential customers in order to present the different products, and to listen to their needs;
  • Ensure sales growth by meeting or exceeding set objectives;
  • Participate in various events that can increase the visibility of DMS Marking

REQUIRED PROFILE :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in sales, or training relevant to the position (related to the field of sales);
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales & representation;
  • Possess a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record;
  • Food experience (asset);
  • Advanced level of English: be able to give presentations in English;
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times, be able to properly represent the company;
  • Have an excellent sense of priority management;
  • Be autonomous, resourceful and rigorous;
  • Have an excellent ability to establish contacts quickly, based on a trusting business relationship;
  • Possess a sense of listening and an ability to question and identify customer needs;
  • Be willing and motivated to exceed the set objectives;
  • Possess excellent management of time and priorities, and have a good capacity to manage pressure.
