The team would like to welcome a Technical customer service, parts sales and purchasing to help us provide exceptional service to our customers.
Your mission
Under the supervision of the President, you'll provide personalized technical service, ensure optimal parts sourcing and play an active role in sales development, all in a proactive, collaborative approach.
Main responsibilities
Respond to first-level technical requests (telephone, e-mail, CRM).
- Provide support on the use and maintenance of marking equipment.
- Document exchanges and ensure follow-up in CRM.
- Transfer complex requests to the technical department.
- Maintain professional, empathetic and solution-oriented communication.
Customer follow-up and parts sales:
- Carry out post-installation and post-maintenance follow-ups.
- Identify recurring needs and suggest relevant parts or updates.
- Promote maintenance contracts and scheduled visits.
- Document all sales opportunities in CRM.
Purchasing and procurement
- Plan purchases according to inventory and customer requests.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Manage non-conformities and parts under warranty.
- Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers.
Inventory management and product data
- Update stock levels according to established thresholds.
- Verify accuracy of part descriptions, codes and prices.
- Collaborate with the technical team to anticipate project needs.
- Participate in ad hoc physical inventories.
Teamwork and continuous improvement:
- Communicate actively with other departments.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Propose and document process improvements.
- Contribute to information flow and overall service excellence.
Profile required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (customer service, inside sales).
- Training in sales or related field (asset).
- Proficiency in digital tools (ERP, CRM, Outlook, Excel).
- Bilingualism required (French/English).
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical interest or knowledge (asset).
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
