We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of operations administrative assistant who will have the opportunity to grow with us in a captivating and dynamic environment. We are a company that has been working in the field of industrial marking and coding for over 45 years now


  • Support and assist the administrative team and greet visitors as needed
  • Plan and manage purchases
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Enter miscellaneous data and update accounting software
  • Make deposits into the accounting system
  • Translate certain documents
  • Create and update product sheets
  • All other related tasks


  • Ability to prioritize, organize and work independently
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar position
  • DEP administrative assistant or equivalent
  • Affinity for interpersonal relations
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of "Acomba" software and Zoho CRM would be an asset
  • Ability to communicate in writing / visually / graphically
