The team would like to welcome a Customer service representative to help us provide exceptional service to our customers.

Your mission

Under the supervision of the President, you will be responsible for business development and managing a customer portfolio in a targeted market. Your mission: to achieve sales targets, provide superior consulting services and build lasting, respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

Main responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of active and potential customers in targeted markets.
- Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, proactive follow-up and prospecting for new accounts.
- Promote new products and promotions to customers.
- Prepare sales proposals and follow through to closing.
- Identify and exploit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Plan and renew annual orders in collaboration with customers.

Customer management:


-- Manage a pool of customers, respond to their requests and advise them on their branding projects.
- Prepare quotations, carry out follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize and lead training sessions on small equipment.
- Welcome new customers and prospects according to established processes.
- Work closely with other departments (purchasing, customer service, technical, etc.) to ensure quality of service.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in CRM.

Teamwork and continuous improvement:

- Actively participate in team meetings and continuous process improvement.
- Propose improvements to sales and service practices.
- Provide support to colleagues as needed.

Profile required

- Diploma in sales or related field.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience.
- Technical interest or knowledge (asset).
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Bilingualism French/English required.
